Custom flasks with their initials or nicknames - one was given to as a groomsman gift and I, realizing how bad this potentially sounds, use it all the time.

Another idea are those portable bluetooth speakers; Jambox, etc... Think they're down to $119 each. Great for the track, golf course, garage, etc...

Custom cowboy hats? A Collin classic! (I actually considered boots for my guys but it would have broken the bank)

Will try and think of some more...

Thanks for neat ideas, everyone.

As luck would have it, I was actually given a Foursevens tactical flashlight as my best man gift from...my best man. So unfortunately can't give the group a flashlight.

Leatherman is a neat idea as well, though I know for a fact that at least three of my groomsmen already have them. I have the very first Wave that came out -- it's still going strong.

Budget is probably between $50-$100 each, but that's a stab in the dark. Honestly no idea what one should spend on something like this.

Porsche Design sells a PD lighter...but at $500 each I don't think I can swing it.

And at $50-100 I'm not sure what caliber of grid girls I'd be capable of getting.

^ Brooks -- a Custom Collin Cowboy Hat (CCCH for short) would be a terrific idea. One of my groomsmen is even coming from Germany so he'd be a massive hit when he went back home.

Pretty sure another of my groomsmen might vomit though...he's a bit of a hipster.

Tell him to store it a while. Hipsters go through fashions like some of us go through brake pads, and it will be hip before he knows it (then "out" again real, real soon!).

Another idea (and would satisfy the Hipster): up your limit a bit and try something like this. I think this is amazingly cool, and almost affordable (maybe you need to drop a couple of groomsmen...). If you can'd go the budget, you could always try this.

How about engraved SnapOn 20-85 3/8 drive torque wrenches?

Custom engraved Valet box worked well. Keeps cuff links and watches in check and has their initials on it. Lots of options on Amazon and the google.
