Hi Robert,
As I mentioned at the track I could give you all kind of help if you were on a Mac. Unfortunately my Windows knowledge has faded over the years. You may want to try Microsoft Movie Maker . It looks to be a free tool so it may be sufficient for your needs. I'm sure others will have better and more informed advice for you though.
