Default Pinning Coolant Fittings - Behe or Dougherty?

There's a $1000 gap in the estimates between Behe and Dougherty for pinning my coolant manifold. Both seem like decent shops.

Which of these would you choose?

I dont think it would be fair to say which is cheaper but they are both agreeing to do all 8 points.
