Gentlemen, thank you so much for your very kind complements! I'm probably going to have to go into therapy on the first boo-boo my paint finish experiences. I'm going to take this time to make one more plug for the establishment (full disclosure: neighbor and good friend is co-owner). If nothing else, stop on by, and check out the bodacious collection of cars, trucks, and cycles in the showroom and storage facilities.

Ok.. I think I know this place now... used to be an old car dealership? I think they (your neighbor and good friend) just put this together within the last year or so?

Was Damascus Chevrolet untill GM yanked the franchise during the bailout/restructuring.

Did you shop around? Would you recommend the shop for a less important redo?

I highly recommend the shop, BUT it all really depends on what you want done and what your expectations are. Maaco serves the purposes of many people just fine at a bargain price. Of course you do get what you pay for. Call Damascus Auto up, ask for Roger, see what he recommends.

Finally met John and had the opportunity to see this car. Its a beauty! John is working on catching up on all the details but the car really turned out nice.
