I am just a painter, but I looks like one would get their hands on a claim form and return it with documentation of the repair.

what it probably means is porsche has capped its liability at an amount that will make its directors and investors as well as the plaintiff lawyers quite happy, but will likely prove disappointing to many class members.

This is actually one a couple of situations they are being chased for... Another relates to faulty cylinder sleeves.

I don't understand why it wouldn't include the 99-00 years as well. Those years were affected the worst..
M96 and M97 engines.. I think its crap not to include those years, it should be the engines that need to be under the suit.
