I finally got my reference sensor pin installed, and had another look at the sensor connections. Not as bad as I first tought. The connector from the speed sensor was broken away and left brittle plastic parts insude the female connector of the wiring harness. I was able to use a jewlers screwdriver to pry them out, so no need to replace the connectors on that end of the harness. When my new speed/refrence/head temp sensors come in, it should be just route and plug in. Still need an alarm module; anyone have a good one for an 86 911 Targa willing to sell. Need to get her started before I go full force into bringing her back to life.

Chris. Thanks for the confermation. your reply wrapped over to page two and I missed it earlier. With that, final logic of the alarm is completed. Most of the faults were associated to coroded ground points, the two doors contact switched just needed to be sanded to clean metal, and one of leads needed to be rewired. also one of the leads was switched around in the DME relay Connector. Trying to source an alarm module on ebay.
