He told me he likes to do his inspections without using his finger.

That's why dog made higher gears! Snow belt trick for starting out has always been to use a higher gear

length seems like it would be less uncomfortable than width

Lane,

Thanks for the tip on the Featherlite and ATC trailers. They sound like a viable option to the Trailex.

I don't really need an open center bed on a trailer. I don't do track inspections anymore since my track days are over. I had 20 years of PCA Driver's Ed in my old 911S; I think I got my moneys worth!

I now have a lot of good information from you guys and I thank you taking the time to respond.

At this point, I think I am going to find a friend with an open trailer and ask if I can borrow it for the day. I will hook it up to the Pilot, load my car, and go out and drive around. I have never towed my Carrera! Heck, I may hate towing behind the Pilot which makes my decision real easy. On the other hand...

Cheers!

If you don't have a brake controller on your honda borrow a trailer w/surg brakes

FUS! I was referring to the total weight of the Featherlite aluminum trailer (or similar). The weight of the narrowest model 3110 that will fit a Porsche is 1450 lbs. Here's the listing of their weights.
