Red fo fo owner stopped along I-270 Southbound near Montgomery Village Friday afternoon. Had a Park Police truck behind it w/ lights on.

This pulled into the parking spot next to me last weekend at Denmo's. I couldn't decide if it was a FAIL or a WIN so I'll just post it here.
If you look close there's a foot peg sticking out where the lower front door hinge should be.
