What's this stick on the left side of my steering wheel that makes strange lights flash on my car? This left lane seems the perfect place to do 55 mph. Why is everyone behind me flashing their lights?

- VA drivers: Assholes. They'll cut you off in traffic because f**k you, that's why. Yeah, I saw you but I'm more important and I need to be in front of you. I'm going to do 55 mph in the left lane and screw you if you don't like it. I'll even drive the same speed as this truck beside me so you can't pass.

- DC drivers: Don't understand the driving outside of the city is different than driving in the city. Drive everywhere like they're downtown. Wait - I can go faster than 35 mph? Why is there more than a single lane of traffic in each direction? Can I drive in any of them?
It's because DC is the center of the universe. It's like a vortex, the closer to center you are the more suck you get....

Here's the link I took this from. Looks like they hit another's wake at high speed.

Didn't hit anything. The bozo driving got the boat de-trimmed at high speed, and all it took was a little bit of chop to kick it off plane and sideways. He could have caught it if he had the first clue what was happening.

Im curious. Whats wrong w/ the throttle handling? It seems SOP to quickly cut/reapply as the props come in/out of the water. The throttle man in boat racing is in charge of doing exactly that. We've done the same doing ~70 (fastest I've ever been on the water - twin 454s). Seems like he just caught a wave crooked and wasn't skilled enough to handle it. Sure tossed him like a sack of potatoes.
