Default Garage Door Trim

Where does one find locally the molded plastic trim/rubber seal that is found on the outside of nearly every recently installed garage door? For some reason, Home Depot and Lowes don't carry it; I found a place on-line that wanted $8/foot for the stuff. TIA.

Actually, it looks like Home Depot may now carry stuff similar to what I was talking about on-line only (not in stores):

There must be a place to get this stuff locally...and preferably in Almond/Beige so it doesn't need to be painted.

I found it at HD several years ago. You might try different HDs. I've found that HDs in Springfield and Woodbridge often carry things that the one nearest you in Fair Oaks doesn't.
