Didn't someone here have a track schedule site going? Easy enought to check out each track's schedule on their website if there is somewhere specific you want to go.

if youre ref'ing "thetrackschedule.com", i actually called and talked to a guy at the beginning of the season wondering why the site didnt appear to have nearly as much info/events as in the past. he indicated the site is dependent on each club sending in their events info as opposed to getting info directly from the tracks themselves. so looks like a lot of groups (ours included!) have stopped updating the site with info. too bad as it was a great resource.

Was going to say something about your 996 making it's track debut but I am afraid you'd put your foot somewhere.

Why the restraint? L wants to try it out. But I bet it’s more about the AC and radio on the drive up than anything else. I’ll prolly try it myself for a session or 2 but I’ll trailer one of the other cars as my primary for the event.

I'd gladly be my wife's pit crew if she's drive the track. I'd gladly be anybody's wife's pit crew if my wife were even physically able to drive the track but just didn't want to. You guys have no idea how lucky you are!

I'm going to work on that PorscheFest weekend. Don't like to hear the crunch either, dear.

His, all his: B-man's 2005 White GT3 Cup Car plus a number of other ones whose seats are not able to be adjusted so my legs can't reach the pedals so I can't drive them.

GONE: This list got too long.

My husband is right 99.9% of the time in everything he says or does. Including this statement. (I was right once in 24 years!)

Two of the long-time standbys were coordinated by Coco Strayer (Mid-Atlantic and south) and Adam McInnis (Mid-Atlantic and north). Both are informal volunteer efforts, and they relied on organizers sending schedule info to them that they could organize. Adam's is now set up so that organizers can post their events directly to the website.

From the appearance, I'd guess that Coco has had real life get in the way; here is her latest compilation: http://www.trackschedule.com/sched.html

Here is the link to Dale and Adam's schedule: http://thetrackschedule.com/

Using these plus the on-line registration providers provides fairly good coverage. When you want to visit a particilular track, try their website for their rental schedule; if not posted, contact the track rental coordinator and sweet talk them into sending a list of the clubs renting on the dates you're interested in.
