Default '82 SC Project - Now $5500

I closed the previous thread because I wanted the header to reflect the new price. As I mentioned before, the last potential buyer failed to come up with the money after wasting 2 weeks of my time. Now I am a a week and a half away from a permanent move to Camp Lejeune, NC and the car needs to go before then. Please don't hestiate to contact me with any questions

Below is the CraigsList link. As I mentioned above, glad to pass to a Dorki for $5500.

My brother is trying to contact Taylor to talk about the car, I'll let you know if he's interested once he talks with him.

Bad news, after thinking about it, my brother is going to learn from my mistakes and build a garage before buying a P-car.

Best of luck with the sale, I'm sure for parts along it's worth 5500 to someone with the time/space to work on it.

Great deal. Best of luck!

Got a kick out of the remark about if you want a p-car for this money that doesn't need work, I suggest a 944. Hard to find a 944 that doesn't need work, even for that money.

I dont understand why this is a project car...that car looks fantastic...you should see my project..

When you say the syncros have gone bad, does that mean the transmission needs to be rebuilt?

Tito,

That's right, the car is well sorted except for $2000-$2500 of transmission work.
