I have already decided it needs to have all the seats yanked out, the rear turned into a ramp, and whamo, instant car hauler.

Back during the 80's in my SCCA days, there was a Formula V team that had a school bus they'd modified, where the back of it was cut and hinged so that it opened clamshell style. A ramp was pulled out, and they could haul 2 cars inside. IIRC, they also had some sleeping space in there. I'll have to see if I can find any pictures in the way-back-machine.......
