Default 2 students needed

If anyone would like to sign up with Mazda Drivers at VIR (full course) on August 29-30, please let me know.

Right now they have a shortage of students so if I get two people to sign up I get to go and have the two students.

Here is a link to the event: http://www.mazdadrivers.com/09_vir_a..._full_main.htm

These guys run a great event. Laid back and 4 full sessions per day. Cost is 375.00

Thanks.

Marc

Can you drive a p-car, and do they have the same/similar restrictions as PCA for roll bars? (i.e. boxster needs extension cus I'm too tall)

It is not the groups or your hight, it is the track management. VIR requires dual hoop roll bar cars such as the Boxster to have an extension added that make the bar a single line across the top. The reason given is they don't want the dual bars to just sink into the soft earth around the track like twin plows cultivating helmet cased heads.

Any type of car can be driven and Kurt is right about the roll hoops for Boxsters. Miatas have a similar problem although the one I instructed in had his hard top on and no one said anything. . . .

do instructors for mazda DE for free? edit-nevermind i just saw they do.

So you are asking 2 people to enter@ 375 so you can run for free? Might be a better sell if you were to throw in say 75 toward their entry fee, just sayin...

Instructors with two students deserves to drive for free. It's A LOT of work and missed track time.
