Here's the link....no affiliation. I spoke to Tracey in the ad and she said $2500 for the car if you come today. She knew nothing more than that it was an 84 Targa. No idea on the trailer but it's for sale as well.

She said it's for sale, but didn't know the price. If I had a truck and money, I might see if I could pull a package deal.

I went and looked at it. If you close your eyes and imagine the worst condition possible for a car sitting in a field, this is worse. It smells like something died inside and the terminates were having a holiday bash in the carpet. It will take two men and a boy just to open the engine compartment. I offered $500 and $750 IF they can find the title. I have no idea how long it has been sitting outside in the mud but a decade would be generous. It was so bad I didn't want to use the electrons from my camera batteries to take a picture. It would have been a waste. The guy who owns it won't come down from $2500. I wasn't interested in the trailer so I didn't look at it. Hell the stuff rotting in front of DRs back fence are concurs compared to this.

What a God-awful mess! They have tons of very high-end stuff (Sub-Zero, Viking, fancy wood floors not installed, cabinets, granite countertops) - much of it looking like a tornado came through. Why are they selling off these built-ins? It would seem like sell the house intact (it's too messy to just suspect they're doing a major re-do unless the prior owner died and they just bought the house and stuff). Perhaps they should use that Bobcat to clean it all up ...

Man, did you se the other stuff in the ad? The guy is stripping the house bare! It's for sale, so looks like the bank is going to take it in the ass on the foreclosure ...

They should be able to throw the people that strip their houses jail.

Damn. I've lived in apartment buildings smaller than that. Nothing classes up an overly large house like a 25 year old car rotting in the back. Nice description Old Tee.
