Motronic snob!

What's been said already re. reliability. Most reliability issues come from prior "repairs" - having a reputable shop do a PPI should catch most issues.

The 964s don't have any of that silly CIS stuff, or clutch cables that can stretch/ break, so as long as you carry a spare DME relay, you should be pretty safe!
x2. get a ppi (pre purchase inspection) at one of the local p-car shops. they should pick up on anything that may be an issue. as for a daily driver, i think a 964 would be an excellent choice. i drove mine for a while as a daily and loved it. my experience was that the ac worked fine at speed but was definitely lacking in stop and go traffic.

Hi. I learnt this site from Tito. My name is Kagan and I live in Turkey. I sold my 65 fastback mustang at the end of may 2009. Then I decided to stay in the darkside but moved to another room I guess . I bought a 84 Targa. At the end of 2008 it was restored and the body was modified as a 92 Turbo. I will post some pics soon... Talk to you all later..
