Default WARNING!! MFI Porn

Thanks to Henry Schmidt. Nicely refinished S throttle bodies and a recammed RS pump properly calibrated for a 2.8, 10.5:1 CR engine!

Time to work on the "T"

I found a "T" left-side exchanger for the price of shipping ($36). Going
to cut off the MFI heater hose pipe and weld it to the existing HE. Won't
look as good as new SSIs, but won't cost $900.

I also have one on an old HE.

NOW I’m getting the MFI bug
I have several complete 2.2 and one 2.4 T sets. Can they be used on “hot rod” engines?

Do you have a left-hand S exchanger laying about?

Also, more [big] pictures available for all you deviants that prefer pictures over the articles!

Gorgeous!

The hardest decision you will have this year is which club to take to the track - the MFI T Screaming Green, of The Beast. Nice problem to have!

Tony, Club is right. Greg will be beating up on all you boys!

Dave, the early MFI systems can be used for hot rod engines. The 2.4 setup is generally used for a RS setup. A 2.2 is typically used for more "warm" custom applications. The space cams are easier to custom fit into a 2.2 pump. If you ahve the mag 2.2 stacks, these will give the most options for boring out, although a 2.4 plastic stack has enough material to be opened up.

Greg, you are going to love that setup on the 2.8.
