Damn. Sorry to hear that Rick. It could happen to anybody in these times. Myself included. Time to start up your own garage.

Very sorry to hear this Rick; best of luck.

It seems all already know, but what do you do?

The economy is impacting all of us. Just last week our CEO and President of the largest division have been terminated. I am sure several other 'cutbacks' or layoffs are on the way on the lower ranks.

Rick, very sorry to hear that. I know things will work out whatever you decide to do.

I can tell you that if you move up to the New York area you'd have at least one customer

Sorry Rick. The PD here has had to stop paneling cases (the entire state of MD) so about 1/2 my income is gone. Gonna have to start advertising. Probably 2/3rds of all people charged get PDs and about 1/3 of those need panels so I still wonder what all those people are going to do.

Let's hope this thing bounces back.

BTW, this may be the perfect time to open your own business and get paid the $$ you're worth!

Sorry to hear that Rick, it could happen to anybody.

The S2 needs a wheel bearing, small power steering leak fixed and maybe a steering arm. If you want to make the trip to MD next week I can put you to work for a few hours.

Anyone else have a project or two for Rick. All we need is a few more customers and a place for your to do the work!

Best of luck,

Sorry to hear about the bad news Rick. Despite the fail of the economy, there is job growth in certain areas. How well are you with computer technology?

I am wondering if I could make a living peddeling hookers and blow? Thanks for the words guys, I think I am just gonna take some time off and unwind. I saw the writing on the wall a while ago so I padded myself fairly well.
I am however going to look at an open shop tomorrow.......................Ricks House of Speed and Porsche Emporeum. Kinda has a nice ring to it, even if I can't spell emporeum.
I may also be the new hire at the newly opened Porsche Steelership here in C-ville. We are discussing $$$$$$$$$$
