Any plans to add support for RSS feeds to the forums?

Karl,

Never really thought about it, but does sound interesting. Would make for some neat features. What type of feeds are you suggesting? Making the Dorki forum content avail. via RSS so we can get Dorki updates on the fly? Or Subscribe to an RSS feed's (news, NASCAR, whatever) and have them posted somewhere on the board?

Charlie,

I was looking for making the forums available as an RSS feed, so that I can keep up with messages more easily.

Karl,

First request for an RSS feed. It will be installed at some point tomorrow.

Thanks for the suggestion.

This should be interesting. Get your browser plugins ready!

If you use My Yahoo, you don't even need a browser plug-in. I am creating a page in My Yahoo that collects the most recent posts from all of my favorite Porsche sites. That way I can check them all at once without having to go to different sites and look in different forums.

Of course, when I see a thread that I want to read or respond to, I still click through to the site. It may even take some traffic load off the site, so that you can accomodate more users with the same server resources.

Has this happened and, if so, what address should I use?

Sorry I got sidetracked at my job. One of my remote offices went down and things got interesting.
