"Too good to be true." No mention of title status, CarFax, or history. High mileage, but not too high, if it's been cared for.

Look at the close-up pic of the hood. Is it popped open? Or is it poorly aligned body panels i.e. been in an accident?

I think it is probably just the amount of miles on it. Otherwise it looks OK. The car looks pretty good in my opinion. I like the silver on the 996 with those wheels.
