Actually reminds me of karting at allsports, where if you take your time and are subtle about it, you can tweak your room for exit on the last turn before the straight. Every lap just a little bit, inch by inch touch the wall to provide more run out....

Brush the apex? Sorry, but the car is at track out.
What's really neat about this shot is look at the driver's hands and the front wheels. Driver has realized that he is running out of track and has slightly corrected his steering.
