WTB: homemade cap for air injector line
want to replace air injector line cap with homemade cap that has flat top and screws into the air injector line under the car

Are you looking to cap the actual line or are you looking for a cap to thread into the head? If the line - most just cut, pinch and braze. If the head, search for Air Injector Plugs - lots of options.

I recently purchased 6 caps which screw in and have a 10mm bolt head from pelican. only about 3 bucks a piece...tito

sorry for the confusion. I'm leaving in the piping. I'm talking about the cap that screws into the main line just below the bottom of the car, right next to the air pump.

Gotcha. Sorry, can't help you there. Why not get rid of all the piping - you saving the option of going back to stock one day?
