today the railings went up and the eve finishing touches were done. Facia boards to cover the treated lumber and stairs are still needed. to finish the deck.

The garage doors were delivered but not installed. They look fancy.

Block filler is really thick primer. Remember what cinder blocks in schools look like? The smooth finish is from block filler which fills the nooks crannies of the surface of the block.

Whoa, keep selling all your wrist toys and they'll yank your TZ login!

I agree with the choice though, EZM2 for a sweet garage!

Are you going to be installing the block primer yourself??? If so start working on arm strength now! You'll need a 3/4" nap roller and that sucker gets really heavy after about an hour.

Why is there a plywood sign for Whip Cream on your garage???

I hope to have one of our crews do the block filler, but I doubt there is more than a couple of hours of priming to do anyway.

The whip cream is for the bikini wrestling I referee each night.

But really I think it is the slang for the stones used for drainage and as a substrate for concrete. The sign tells the truck driver where the delivery is to be dumped.

The deck is 90% done and the concrete apron was poured yesterday. The deck just needs some stair treads, landing supports, and railing details to be done.

I have scheduled the lift install for May 26 Kurt and TrakRatt, thanks for the advice on lifts, I went with the Bendpac. Maybe I am a big weenie, but for $600 I am getting it professionally installed. If I wanted to do it myself, because of its weight, it has to be delivered freight and it is the receiver's responsibility to unload it. What, do I rent a fork truck? And then if I screw up one hole mounting it, my concrete strength is compromised. Nope, I am going to hold someone who installs them all the time responsible.
