outside is 43'x23' so take out the width of the block so the floor is 41'x21'

I like that idea! Once Father and I get the elec roughed in, an insulation and drywall party would be sweet! I can get lots of scaffolding from my work. If everyone puts up a plank or two, we'd be done in no time.

My neighbor would soil himself if he saw 10 to 20 Porsches pull up to work on the project. He is worried the place is going to become some "car club hangout."
