Default Track wheel question

So, my plan (at the moment) is to get the T back on the track this year. That of course means finding wheels. Fuchs are the obvious choice, but have become just stupidly expensive (I bid on a 15x6 the other day that ultimately sold for $300). So, as an alternative, what's the opinion on cast ATS cookie cutters? Not trying to win any track wheel beauty contests - just want something to mount RA-1s and that don't break midway thru T10 at Summit....

Would also work but most (me) don't care for the look on early 911s. I've seen some finished in dark grey or black that looked good. ~ same weight as cookies.

before i jumped up in brake size which prevented me from using certain wheels, i was very happy running 15x7 cookies on all 4 corners. good, durable wheels and cheap too! remember picking up a set for $100. later caliper clearance became an issue but there are NO PROBLEMS w/ stock brakes.

I am up to my armpits in 15X5 fuchs.I think I have 10 or so not on the car. You are welcome to use a set until you find some cheap. Time and diligence always proves the best money saver. Screw Ebay. Dumb ass bidders end up buying used crap for new part prices.

Yes, I might. PM me if you're interested in selling them.

Any John Deer yellow ones laying around I'm beginning to think the day of cheap Fuchs are over. The yellow ones I mentioned - bought off eBay for $125 each a few years ago. I may be take you up on the offer come track time. Thanks.
