Welcome Chris.
I almost purchased a 996 (boring) before I got my Saab (ironic!). I'm waiting for the 997 or the Cayman. Cayman will be a fantastic car to buy in about 2-3 years as they will suffer from the 944/Boxster disease. Plus as an air-cooled Porsche fan, they are about the same size as the pre 993 911's, which I like. And I'll probably get banned for this but as a shiny car guy, all they need is a sunroof to be perfect.

DR, David D., John, Scott, All: Anyone interested in a quick drive in the Woodbridge/NoVA area this weekend, weather permiting?  I'll post something in the Fun Runs section of the website. And DR and John Hill and David D. But any others as well.I'm with you when it comes to kid stuff on weekends. I suggested Saturday because I didn't want to conflict with the Maryland Bridges tour already listed in Fun Runs section. But if Sunday is better, I'm game. Just looking for a one or two hour blast around the area, back in time to catch the VA Tech vs Boston College game.
