Nope, that isn't me. I have the original 911SC script on the back and don't plan on changing it. Although I have already thought of stepping up to the Carerra at some point - the options for upgrading the engine being so much more plentiful and cost-effective.

Hi All! My name is Steve and I'm a dorki.
I'm on the 12 step program, but have only made it to step #2. Step 1 was a 1986 911 Coupe which I loved until my kids couldn't squeeze in the back seat and my wife caught on that it wasn't the 'family sedan' that I'd made it out to be I bought 'Step 2' in May of 2006. She's a gorgeous Midnight Blue Cayman S that I love dearly and will probably prevent my reaching 'Step 3 anytime soon. I participated in Chesapeake's autocross DE this spring and have done a couple of autoX's since then. Needless to say I'm hooked bad and my wife is worried. (I'm not... I live outside Annapolis and am looking for ways to improve my time on the course. First on the list is an extra set of wheels to hold some sticky tires (still looking for the good deal on those... I just learned of this support group (Dorkiphus) today and knew I'd found a cadre of empathetic ears (and techincal support to boot!).
