Default Thank you & still some problems

Thanks for your hard work on bring back the site!
You asked for problems/issues?
When logging on system doesn’t “remember” me (tried removing “check” and then “rechecking”).
Once logged in must open “recent thread” to get in.

I'm having the same exact issue. Once logged in, system won't remember me if I click on the 911 in the top left corner.

Default Try Clearing Cookies

Try deleting your cookies. Then login again using the remember me check box. This is usually problematic as I think I changed the cookie base by accident.

Or if you are inclined view your cookies and delete any for the board you currently have.

That should do the trick.

Thanks,
Geoffrey

Default Possible issue

One thing I've noticed several times now is that when you click on the small arrow (>) next to the last posters name, it no longer takes you the last post in the thread. It takes you to the beginning.

Urmmm... See above.

Yoda still exists. Check your profile. The image.php script isn't pulling from the database and dumping the results inline (at least not in ie 7 or firefox). I can't get to vbulletin support at work (firewalled) or I would submit a trouble ticket.

Good news is. Your avatar is still in the database where it likes to be. It just doesn't display in the thread for some reason.

sorry this is a new thread. In the sticky I readily admit the avatars are still broken.

Are you possibly view the threads backwards... in your profile settings?

i.e.

Thread Display ModeHere you can choose the display mode for threads. For a full explanation of the modes, please view this help page. Linear - Oldest First Linear - Newest First Threaded Hybrid

I say it was a very good day then!

But.....when I click on the thread title, it takes me to the beginning. However, if you hover over the little green arrow next to the name of the last poster on the thread, it says "Go to last post". Before the board change, that's what it used to do. But now it simply takes you the beginning. And I haven't made any changes in my profile. I can change my profile if that will make a difference, but then it seems like the help text for the button doesn't make sense.
