Okay yes another one
I liked my son James’s 996.1 Aerokit so much that I purchased an early build plane Jane 1999 Carrera last summer.
Serviced at Porsche of Bethesda the last four years and she was basically unmodified except for a PCCM. Super lightweight with the only option a rear wiper. Here she is at delivery  I’ve been using her as my daily for about the last six months.

Let the modifications begin.
Found a nice set of Carrera III’s and swapped in the carbon duck that came with the car Next on the short list is to find a Aerokit front bumper and some 996.1 side skirts Managed to find a minute this afternoon to knock the crud off She really could use a full detail before winter kicks in

Parts are starting to roll in
Numeric shifter and cables 996 Cup LSD TPC anti-sway bars 997 GT3 master cylinder OEM - 996.1 Aerokit front bumper cover Waiting on the Feal Coil-overs Photos in a few days. The goal is a tribute to the UK Carrera CSR

CF hood is with the painter and he is making progress
 OEM 986 Boxster Aerokit front bumper cover arrived from Germany Only difference is that this one does not have a cut out for the third radiator, the painter will modify it so the it is identical to the 996.1 Aerokit, except 1/2 the price   Progress is slow, just like me on the track
