In Loudoun County. It goes from Snickersville Turnpike to Rt 15. Downhill and twisty, with a little creek running along side the road for at least a third of the way. At first the paving is so-so, with a couple of potholes. Then, you're rewarded with fresh paving for most of this route.
It's sure to please! |

Jim,
That road was dirt until just a few months ago. It's a nice road now, and the river it runs along side is Goose Creek. The same Goose that crosses Route 7 outside Leesburg. Snickersville is pretty nice too, but could use some maint soon. Keith

Nice to know that the road is finished now - it will definately make it's way into the rotation for a future Fun Run.
I had stumbled upon the road when scouting routes for FR #4 and was really enjoying it until I ran into the road work. Thanks for the tip!
