MBCA - HPDE Event - Jefferson Circuit on Sept. 15
Greater Washington Section of the Mercedes Benz Club of America will be hosting a
High Performance Driving event/track day on the Jefferson Circuit at Summit Point on September 15. Only $135 until August 15, $165 afterwards. Details can be found here: http://www.gws-mbca.org/events/SummitPointDE_0913.html and registration is available on Motorsportreg.com If you have not experienced an HPDE event before, this is a good place to get started. (Edit: We will need instructors for this event as well as students) Brad

It's the day after our fall HPDE, right? One could just leave their car at Summit -- same track! (Saturday is Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish year, so I'll not be there that weekend).

A lot of people dismiss Jefferson Circuit, but I've always enjoyed it and I think it's a great choice for one-day events. I'm probably in if I don't have a schedule conflict, since there aren't many events at JC to choose from.

We need a few more instructors for September 15 - if anybody is interested, let me know or hit the link in the original message and sign up.
Yes - Porsche Club members may leave their cars overnight from the Saturday event. We checked with SP management. Brad
