I have a nice pair of 944 seats that are going to be put into a 80 911sc. The car didn't have the power option for the seats, and I was wondering if it were possible to convert? I think that it could with manual rails but not with lumbar..

Electric seat gear is usually separate from rails. Problem with SC's is their stock seats sit higher than later 911s w/eectric seats.

100x easier to just run the wires for the power seats than try to convert power seats to manual.
