Well, I am a little torn between wanting to reward Jack for their artisan-quality work and forewarning my unsuspecting Dorki borthers. Jack means well, but he doesn't seem to understand a pillar or good business/salesmanship, which is underpromise and overdeliver. He's done the exact opposite.
