FAIL: http://en.f1-live.com/f1/en/headline...07172812.shtml

I was a big fan in 96/97 when he was sticking it to Schummy, but then he sold his soul to BAR/Honda.......

Who does everybody think will drive for USF1?

I was so glad Peugeot did not win when he was driving for them.

Default Ecclestone's Recent Comments...

Totally unbelievable; sure wish FOTA would have purged him when they had the chance...

Okay, let me clarify that.

I had just started watching F1 in 96, so he was about he only guy I recognized. Coming off the Indy 500 win in '95, it was good to see an IndyCar driver do well.

It's too bad the stereotypes of him are true. His father was like a son to Enzo.

The former Williams, BAR, Renault and BMW driver reiterated that he is exploring all possibilities with a preference for an established team, but admitted there might be better chances with one of the three new teams launching their F1 endeavours next year.

"That is where experience is most necessary," Villeneuve said. "And furthermore, I already helped in building a team, BAR (which became Honda then Brawn). I already know what to do."

Uh, yeah. and we saw the results and your work ethic for 5 years at BAR........

Yeah...that was a bad one. Saw it on Speed earlier. They were rebroadcasting F1 qualifying in place of qualifying for the Brickyard 400.

He's either undergone or is undergoing surgery for a skull fracture and has a concusion. There is concern for his eye as well. That was the primary rear spring off Ruben's car. It is simply amazing that he had the mindset/skill to get on the brakes during all that confusion. It may have saved his life! Get well soon Flipper!!
