Relatively soon... Omar has been working on this for some time, but has had some hurdles and so forth that had slowed the process down.

I am not sure if they have even broken ground, or if that is imminent... once in motion, I bet it will work well.

I have used Chapman. Andrew is often the phone contact/plan guy for the shop. Jeff may answer phones as well. All are good.
