Like the brakes. (Who knows what that will require?) Seats maybe. Like my other project, I'll keep everyone posted on the project. Thanks for the links to the manuals, I'll check them out. Bently is pretty good and I would probably buy it. I'm hoping to find the factory one although I just need the sections on the engine and management along with a wiring diagram. BTW, I had the car up on stands, level with the bottom of the heat exchangers about 17-18". When I dropped the front down really low (No wheels on the car low) I pulled the engine out the back. I had to take advantage of the exhaust pipe cutout to get a few of the higher pieces out. At times when I didn't have the SC high enough I put a 4x4 on my jack and lifted across the rear seam. (No problem because at that point there is very little weight in the back. My normal setup for the SC is to have the bottom of the rear torsion bars at 21 or 23 inches (I forget right now). The ATV jack goes up 16" with just a piece of 3/4" plywood on top. I often drop the engine only unless there is a reason to pull the tranny. I don't know if that can be done with the 964.

The 3.6 is coming out of my 964. After mating with the wall at VIR the car just wasn't the same...

Bill.. add those 964 brakes to the list. I have 951 brakes (same calipers I recall) and my SC stops great. It will be a nice compliment to the new power!

My only hold up is knowledge. I haven't had time to explore this because of all the other stuff going on. What does it require to put them on a SC?
What are the pro's and cons?

You might want to google "vehicle craft inc" or VCI. Doug Arnao has quite a bit of experience putting together "bolt on" upgrade brake kits. Doug didn't do mine, but the shop that did and Doug have been friends for a few decades I ideally wanted 930 brakes, but my car was already half done with the 951's so I just finished it off.
