Great time at the Glen. Great, great, and more great.

Dr. K is a great teacher. When he tells you to stomp on the gas, STOMP, and reap the benefits. Whenever I committed and did what he asked, I learned more and more. I had some "How grande are your huevos?" moments, but I don't regret anything. Third DE in a row where I can say this one was the Best Yet!

A little antifreeze did lead to some excitement on Saturday mid-day, but there was much fun, much camaraderie, and greatly improved group performance (in Green, at least).

Looking forward to Porschefest in August!

Nadir, I swapped the DME relay when I got home. Same result (not running). So, it's off to see Charlie at Intersport tomorrow.

So....

RubyWatkinsGlen.com?

It is a "gem" of a racing chain idea, Pat. And upsides for Michael's track time...

hope it is nothing too serious

i was impressed with the crew at the glen also

seemed to take a long time to pit everyone, the glen is a large track!

Complements to the track crew for a quick response and thanks to everyone who helped push it back on the trailer. I'm hoping it's just an electrical thing. Perhaps as simple (as Nadir suggested) as a DME relay. I had a spare but didn't think of it til Nadir suggested it and we were already packed to go home. Great weekend and thanks to Brian Walsh for the instruction.

Here's a video from my student's (Handlebar) GoPro. I told him I was going to post it and he said that was fine. I recommend watching it the first time with your sound OFF (seriously), then watch it again with the sound on - it's only 11 seconds.

I call it "Panoramic View of Turn 8"

Yeah that is MY GoPro, but not MY car! My car is "Diamond Blue Metallic" (metallic silver-ish), that car looks like it is black in front.... Peter's car is black in front...

Coincidence, or ... not?

This is what I get when Peter says "I will show you 'around' the track" and the finer points of the driving lines.
