Default Something is wrong with my shift rod coupler ...

Hi guys! It's been awhile. Today I decided to diagnose the reason for the T's sloppy (eg unusable) shifting. The usual shifter bushings are shot. But the coupler looks a bit odd
Are any of Charlie's bronze bushings floating around?

Thanks!

I might have a set laying around. I’ll check and get back to you

The bushings on my T also disintegrated. Ended up getting a bronze set from Pelican I believe.

What do you think is wrong with it? I was playing with one a while back and could not get the rod out with a bench press. I think it might have deformed a bit as the bushes were also shot. You might have a similar issue. I tried to heat it up but was unsuccessful.

Hey Greg. Hope all is well.

Yes, Pelican has them and gets them from me. I also sell on Ebay for a bit cheaper and can get them to you faster (unless you need other 911 goodies).
