Wrong again as usual! A lot of the regular ghetto "citizens" were tech inspectors as well as other volunteer positions.

To the OP's credit, I just drove Rt 7 from FFX out to Rt 81 this weekend and from the mountain to SP there were two cars pulled over. For the record neither were me.

You're going to have such great tech inspections, at a tiny fraction of the cost—and it's going to be so easy.

Everybody's got to be inspected, and if you can't afford it, the government's gonna pay for it!
