Based on what I read, it will be totaled(worked in a body shop). But if you want it, you can buy it back for a very low price.

sorry to hear of the accident. I sent you a PM on my recent e36 part out experience. If you decide to try and rebuild it, let me know soonest as I have parts from the back bumper (for another week or so before I throw them in the trash) that you can have it they help.
