^^pretty - I've seen some Bugeyes there too.

At Alamo in Ashburn the other night. I had to explain the plate to my wife and daughter - back in late 60s/early 70s my older cousins in PA owned a couple of these

F as in Fuch. Nader as in Ralf Nader. He launched a safety war against the Corvair stating that it was "unsafe at any speed" because of the rear engine design.

Ralph Nadar, a consumer advocate, wrote a book about the Corvair "Unsafe at any speed". This ultimately resulted in the decision by GM to stop building what was a fairly sporty and cool looking little car. Hence the tag f!!! Nader.

guess he should at least convert it to hybrid Always thought those cars were cool, although Back to the Future really squashed that a bit. I remember when they were sold in the American Express catalog, including a version covered in gold.
