Looks like a HS parking lot.

It is amazing how many people were still moving too fast for the conditions especially in that 2nd wave.

Interesting that they publish the name, age, and street address of both drivers.

A few years back one of my employees had a young Pit Bull. He frequently tried to convince us that this was a great dog that wouldn’t hurt anyone.

He purchased a 2 year old Lexus and the following day drove it to the office to show it off.

That evening after work he went home, picked up the dog and went to the gym. He left the dog in the car for about 15 minutes while he went inside to take care of something.

When he came out he discovered that his nice Pit Bull had pulled the entire right side of the dash off the car! EVERYTHING from the steering column to the right side of the car as far as dash was concerned was GONE!

Dash, padding, wiring, heater ducts, glove box. All were chewed up and in pieces spread all over the interior of the car.
