It was just photoshopped into an F1 style clean garage...the real builder's garage is very normal. The builder is a wyotech grad who has designed/built the chassis and sti engine swap all in a very humble workshop.

Ah ha, so that's what you do when the 914 hell hole rusts out. Great idea. It's like a DIY Ariel Atom.
