Can't tell if there is a load in the shell casing or not. All I see is a brass case and a bullet. There might be a load in the casing there might not.

Race weekend fail.
We think the control arm broke going thru T9 and took out the trailing arm upon failing. I spun pretty much staying on the blacktop, came full around and was pointed to go straight into the dirt and just drove right back on headed to the pits. I was basically on a cool down lap at that point too. Had it apart pretty quick but unable to source parts shut the weekend down.
