Hey guys,
With the recomendations from the dorkis, I've picked up a set of unused, rear, 29mm, hollow, Sanders T-bars for $300. Now I am coming back to ask for your help in picking out the front t-bars. It's a 71 911T with SC motor. Bilsteins HD front and back, poly-graphite a arm bushings, neatrix, Sc struts and trailing arms, carrera rotors and calipers front, SC rotors and calipers in the back. I am thinking about 22-23mm front sanders t-bars from ER, but I am looking for experiences on how they ride with a 29mm in the rear. Thanks for your help. Andy

Purpose of the car is... DD? Weekend/track fun? If the later, I'd think 22mm might be a good match given the light weight of the early car.

I would think 21 or 22 fronts with 29 rears.
Note: (let me see if I can get this right) measure the “29 hollow bars”. If they measure more, like 31.5mm then they are rated as 29s. If they measure 29mm then they are less than the equivalent solid 29mm bar. How’d I do guys?

Thanks guys,
It's gonna be a weekend warrior kind of car. I'll wait for Jim to put a 22mm in his ride and see how it feels. Andy

Andy,
Anything in the 21-23 range will be a good match. Add a decent [think 30mm] adjustable rear sway to fine tune the setup, and the smallest through-body front sway you can get. Very nicely balanced on track, and totally OK on the street.

I have 22/29 Sander bars in my car...if it was roadworthy, I'd say you should drive it. The 22's complement the 29's nicely.
