I have been mountain biking for years and these "downhill" bikes have suspensions similiar to moto-dirt bikes; 6-7-8+ inches of travel.

Still, what these guys do is crazy. We have done Whitetail in the summer and that can be scary.

My thoughts are some people will do anything to keep from growing up
and some will do anything for attention!!
and others will provide the needed support
Just like with people that to fat to get out of bed... both require others even more bizarre than themselves to support their behavior (misbehavior??).

NASCAR Drivers Stop Cars Mid-Race, Exit Vehicles, Walk Off Premises

/nascar-drivers-stop-cars-midrace-exit-vehicles-wal,20335/

"I couldn't complete another lap of a NASCAR race and still live with myself," said former five-time Sprint Cup champion and current El Cajon, CA grocery store assistant manager Jimmie Johnson. "For 13 years I have been driving a car so I could earn points for the sole purpose of receiving a trophy. When it's framed like that, it sounds pretty goddamn ridiculous, doesn't it?"
