The vid is meant to be a joke. You gotta learn how to walk before you can run.

I will be structuring the classes for 45+y.o. weekend drivers in mind. I assume most of us have some type of knee, shoulder and/or lowerback discomfort/injuries, so initial part of the program will be spent on learning correct exercise postures and developing strong core muscles, joint stablizer muscles, and muscular balance. Simply put, you will spend a lot of time building a solid foundation, so when it's time to carry TR on your back, you will know how to do it correctly, and not hurt your back and knees.

We'll also go over exercises to correct muscular imbalances caused by repetitive motion like hitting the clutch pedal, shifting and neck strains caused by g-force. Oh, and we will be doing a shit load of cardio. Gotta train your heart.

I want to keep this "fun," so depending on the interest and crowd, I might thrown in some boxing/self-defense class, yoga/stretching class and meditation class in there. We can also do body fat and circumference measurement before and after for people who want to set specific weight goals.

PM me if you are interested. I am thinking maybe a class or two before X-mas and then do once a week starting Jan 2011 until our first event in April.

Nice, any input is welcome. Proper nutrition is vital. I am also thinking about getting a registered dietician to talk about race day food/drink intake.

LOL. Mark, I actually had it on. Then I realized that I couldn't look up high enough to see where the pull-up bar was.

I think this could go viral if you changed the background music to the Benny Hill theme song.
