I think you mean SC (Shenandoah Circuit).

Working on this crapcan has been like a multiple baptism.....We've been dowsed by various oils, coolant with lots of antifreeze, and old gas. Not to mention B's gastro attack yesterday. I guess Toxic Hell for lunch and sushi for dinner will do that to ya......

But I have to admit.....its been a fun project! ......so far.

We're having some brake issues also - I think my driveway has a fresh coating "sealant" composed of brake fluid after we tried to change the soft lines in the rear of the car. We ended up breaking a couple of hard lines and having to learn how to make a European style "double flare" end on a piece of steel brake line...

We ended up with the "snakeline-brakeline" because we ended up buying a pre-flared piece from the FLAPS that was too long.

I hope we don't die...

Was behind you for a bit in the 3rd yellow session on Saturday......very entertaining The piece that completed the image for me was your plates from Maine. Not sure what it was, but it made me laugh (and thank goodness you weren't blowing a smokescreen like that Nissan was. I finally fix my oil leaks in the 944, wash off all the old oil residue, and end up getting an oil bath from that car )

Now multiply that times the whole car and you will be where we were with our 35 year old BMW e12 last year. And we didn't use no stinkin' pre-flared FLAPS tube....nope, John climbed around under that filthy POS with a tube cutter, bender, and flare kit until he looked like a coal miner. He re-manufactured roughly 200 miles of convoluted factory tubing rusted beyond even LeMons quality. And when he was done, he repeated the entire process with slightly larger fuel tubing. I've seen him still have minor convulsions if he catches glimpse of a flare tool.

Here's what the back of the car looked like when we bought it...even funnier!

"Maine Women Vote for Obama"
"An Alewife Volvo"

And several other liberal bumper stickers....

(I'll have to upload from home later tonight...don't have the pic at work.)
