I think Talon's point is that the shooting did not take place in Virginia. He may also be commenting on the lunacy of believing that a crazy person would somehow not be able to posses a gun unless they were legal.

Im w/ David (at least the first part). Last time I checked, Asheville NC still isn't part of VA

I've spent time in both Virginia and Ashville, NC, and they ARE the same! Except for the Biltmore, which is not in Virginia, but there IS a Biltmore, VA near Richmond. It was really nice in China.
