Default vBulletin upgrade today (13.July.09) - THERE ARE ISSUES

It seems vBulletin has decided to change the way permissions work and this has really f-ed up the board in some places. I didn't see all the issues when I turned the board back on because as an admin, everything just works for me.

The PM "full" issue is a good example - regular users get 75 PMs, sponsors get 500. When you join the board, you become part of the "regular users" group that gets 75 PMs. When you sponsor the board, you also become part of the "sponsors" group, which gets 500 PMs. vBulletin used to see you in these two groups, and just pick the limit that was higher (500 instead of 75). Now it does the opposite.

This change have caused a lot of issues with things that were available for certain groups but not others. Image uploading is probably also affected, for example (sponsors used to have higher upload limits). I'm working on the issues now.
